Fee Structure

When you have been offered to secure a place at Heaven, Learning Academy , then you will be required to pay Deposit as follow:

  • School fees are due to pay on the 1st day of the term start as per Schools terms & Conditions.

The deposited amount will not be refundable, if the parents have accepted the offered placement.

Application processing fees is not refundable, though student is on Annual contract or Pay As You Go. It is not compulsory that when student has started the school.

  • HLA Annual Contract is obligatory for single Academic Year (September to July) and offers you the choice to spread the cost over 3 Terms, or 10 monthly installments (September to June). An Academic Deposit is mandatory.

  • HLA is Interest Academy. (no interest applies)
  • HLA make one academic year promise so your child’s place is safe secured for the whole year

  • Our Pay As You Go Contract is a great option for families who are not able to commit to our Annual Contract. With the Pay As You Go contract, you pay per Half-Term

You cannot cancel during the Half-Term that you have paid for

SIBLING DISCOUNT

  • We offer a 5% reduction on the lowest fee for siblings who are currently studying at the school.

EXAM FEES

  • We are virtual academy, all pupils Sitting in International GCSE and A Level exams will be required to sit them at a reputable exam center. There are Worldwide exam centers. If anyone require help to find a local center close to their house. We are here to help you. It will be your responsibility to register with that nominated exam center and pay the fees directly to the center. We are not liable to pay your fees for each center as each center sets its own pricing.
